The Kooky Kid Tales: 1/5 - C'mon india dikha do!

India is a nation where cricket is a religion. 1999 was an important year as India was a part of 7th edition of ICC World Cup.

As enthusiastic as the Indians are, the jingles just add-on to their enthusiasm. One such jingle that rolled out then was "C'mon India Dikha Do! Duniya ko hila do!" If you are a cricket fan, I am sure this will still give you goosebumps!
C'mon India


Out of such enthusiastic Indians, one was our Kooky👶. Just 3 yrs old, seeing everyone around excited about World Cup, he too got inculcated with the excitement. The jingle for cheering team India made this kid go crazy. He would jump and dance and sing along.

Kooky was everyone's favourite. He would go to his neighbours place to play. On one such occasion, Kooky just heard the jingle and started to sing along.......with full zeal and enthusiasm. He was jumping and singing all around. Everyone asked him to calm down but looking at him all energetic, they loved to watch him. The neighbour's house had a small fence at the entrance. Kooky stood up on the fence and jumped inside the house shouting, "C'mon India Dikha Do!" 

And before anyone could understand anything, his head hit on the corner of a wooden sofa. Scared, everyone rushed to pick him up. He was bleeding badly. They hurried him to the hospital. The innocent Kooky in no time got stitches on his forehead. 

The story might seem scary, but this is how Kooky began his not-so-intentional journey of mischievousness🤪. This incident is one of the starters in his list of craziness!😂
